Quotes and payment
The price quoted on the call is the price for the job as described. Changing the destination, the vehicle or the conditions on scene changes the price, and the driver will tell you before proceeding. Payment is due on completion by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or cash unless you hold a fleet account.
Authorization
By requesting service you confirm you own the vehicle or are authorized by the owner to have it moved or serviced, and you will show ID and registration or proof of insurance on request.
Liability
We are licensed and insured. Report any damage claim to dispatch before the truck leaves the drop-off location so it can be documented with the pickup and delivery photographs.
Cancellations
Cancel before the truck is dispatched at no charge. A truck already en route that is cancelled or cannot perform the service because the vehicle is gone or inaccessible is billed the dispatch fee stated on the call.
