Do you recover pickups and work vans?
Yes, within the rating of the truck we send. Tell the dispatcher the vehicle and whether it is loaded so the right truck comes the first time.
Does insurance cover an out-of-network winch-out?
Usually, up to the plan's cap. The receipt lists the South River location, the recovery and the price, which is what the reimbursement form wants.
