Requirements

A valid license, a clean driving record and the ability to work outdoors in all weather; experience requirements and equipment differ by role.

Flatbed driver

Able to lift 75 pounds, work outdoors in all weather and kneel on a shoulder next to traffic safely.

Clear, polite communication with customers who are having a bad day, in person and on the phone.

Wheel-lift driver

Valid driver's license from New Jersey or a neighboring state, at least 21 years old, clean motor vehicle record for three years.

Owner-operator

Two years or more of towing experience running your own or someone else's truck.

Registered business or sole proprietorship able to invoice and receive weekly settlements; W-9 on file.

Roadside provider

Valid driver's license, at least 21 years old, clean motor vehicle record.

One year or more of roadside, towing or automotive service experience preferred; strong mechanical aptitude required.
